Vision
To become an agent of educational reform through the development of a reliable education system. This vision will be achieved through the renewal of subsystems in education, which includes technological goals, structure, psychosocial aspects, and management. The framework used is based on the principles of good governance and SPICES (Student-Centered, Problem-Based, Integrated, Community-Based, Elective Program, Early Clinical Exposure, Self-Directed Learning).
Mission
To formulate educational goals based on needs analysis derived from societal developments. To develop learning technologies. To encourage psychosocial aspects that are conducive to developmental goals. To develop a more organizational structure as a learning organization. To manage the four subsystems mentioned above in alignment with social and technological progress.

- To develop LP2MP as a research and study center for teaching methods and higher education quality assurance.
- To develop LP2MP as a consultation and service center for teaching development.
- To develop LP2MP as a training center for lecturers and staff to improve their competencies.
- To develop cooperation with government and non-government institutions in the field of education quality development and assurance.
